If you've ever stood up too quickly, taken a long boat ride, or enjoyed a roller coaster, chances are you've experienced dizziness.

Feeling dizzy is different for different people, but the episode is commonly only present for a short time.

What would it be like though if the unbalanced feeling would not go away - as least not for quite some time?

Sufferers from a type of dizziness known as vertigo experience this sensation on a regular basis. Some suffer more often than others.

There are two types of vertigo, subjective and objective.

If you feel you are in motion, but not, it's likely subjective. If things seem to be in motion or crossing your vision field, it's likely objective.

To alleviate vertigo, some people use drug therapy. Others have undergone surgery. Hearing loss, tinnitus and the inability to stay balanced are just few issues people with vertigo may face.

True vertigo originates in the brain or inner ear and is often but not always associated with hearing loss.

Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is the most common type of vertigo and occurs when the crystalline structures in the inner ear break away.

This debris is dislodged and after head movement has stopped the debris continues moving, allowing sensors in the inner ear to think there is still movement when there is none.

Vertigo of this nature can normally be eased as the episodes do not usually last very long.

Loss of hearing and tinnitus can be due to Meniere's disease. This type of vertigo is commonly treated with medicine.

An acoustic neuroma can be another culprit of vertigo. A growth or tumor resides in the inner ear's balance system.

Many other causes and associated symptoms also exist with vertigo.

Many people suffer with vertigo daily and would gladly prefer a momentary feeling of lightheadedness.

The good news is, you don't have to be one of them...

Thousands of people have found relief in my natural program that treats vertigo and dizziness. The exercises are very easy but very powerful and can put an end to the suffering.
