Losing weight can be easy, as long as you utilize a few healthy techniques! These techniques are not only easy, but they dont require you to take any pills, or any other type of nonsense. They also have nothing to do with dieting! This article reveals 3 easily implemented changes that will dramatically increase weight loss!

1. Breakfast is the king: Every morning you wake up from a 9 or 10 hour fast! So, obviously, you need to re-fuel to your body by eating, or by breaking the fast, hence the word break-fast!

Weve all heard the rule that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Only most people dont follow that rule. We will usually eat a small breakfast (sometimes only a muffin, or a cup of coffee!), a medium sized lunch and a large dinner. Eating this way makes losing weight exponentially harder!

In order to lose weight fast, you need to reverse your eating methods. This means you should have a large breakfast, your breakfast should be the largest meal of the day, and your dinner should be the smallest one! Just think about the concept, if you have a large dinner, you will usually go to sleep soon after. Naturally, your body won't be able to burn all those extra calories. It will instead store them as fat deposits because your activity levels are at zero when you are sleeping!

If you eat your largest meal during breakfast, your body will have an entire day to break down the food and burn off all those extra calories. This means that you will cease all unnecessary weight gain!

2. Sugar = weight gain: Sugar is your biggest adversary when it comes to weight gain. The human body will convert sugar into fat extremely fast. Sugar can give you an instant burst of energy, but it will also produce cravings, which are enemies in disguise when it comes to weight gain.

Then obviously you will eat more and more sugary foods and continue to put on more and more weight. I suggest that you replace sugary foods with healthier alternatives such as potatoes, rice, natural fruits and vegetables, bread, pasta, etc. Just remember, sugar = bad glucose, healthier alternatives = good glucose.

3. Water is the elixir of well-being: Drinking plenty of water is mandatory for a healthy body and if you want to lose weight fast! No matter how much water you drink you wont gain weight. You must understand that water is a natural metabolism booster! If you have ever woken up feeling exhausted and, well, unable to fully wake up, it is probably because you are dehydrated.

To put it bluntly, the human body needs water to survive, maintain, and heal. If you don't drink enough water, your body will store any water you do drink instead of flushing it out. This leads to increased weight gain, or water weight, which is not very appeasing when looking in the mirror!
