I have used and tried several different training programs over the last few years. Some of them I purchased online and some from my local gym, very few has impressed me, or showed me anything new. So I wasn't overly excited when I first heard about Total Surfing Fitness. So I decided to give this 12 week program a serious go. I am on week 8 now and loving it and most importantly my surfing has improved a lot! After about 5 weeks into the program I experienced the following:
- I could surf about twice as long before getting tired
